Do I need to have a tent? No. Some artists just bring a table.
Will you supply tables, chairs, racks? No, you will be responsible for your own set up that is properly secured.
Can I sell manufactured items? No, all work must be handmade.
I don't live in Long Beach, can I participate? Yes. The only requirement is that you are a current member of one of the three sponsoring art groups; Artists
in Partnership, West End Arts Visual Artists Guild, Long Beach Art League .
What Art group do I join? Please visit each organization's web site

I want to show my art this coming Saturday. Is it too late to join? E-mail us at aitplaza@gmail.com to pre-register, or arrive at 9:00am Saturday morning to check availability. If space is available you will need your completed application and a check (to AITP if you are showing for one day only) or two checks (to AITP and membership to one of the sponsoring art groups if you are showing for the season).
What if there is inclement weather? We will post on our Facebook page and web site the evening prior to the event. You may also call our AITP Hotline at (516) 507-8383 for updated information.
Where will I be setting up and how much space do I have? Spaces are 10' x 12' and are on a first come first serve basis. You must check-in prior with the manager at the information booth. Some areas are reserved for music, organizations and events.
I realized I requested a date that I am unable to attend, now what? If you need to cancel, please notify us by Thursday of that week via email at aitplaza@gmail.com
Can I show share my booth with another artist? You can share your booth with one other artist. The other artist must also be a current member of one of Arts in the Plaza's sponsoring art organizations.
