Do I need to have a tent? No. Some artists just bring a table.
Will you supply tables, chairs, racks? No, you will be responsible for your own set up that is properly secured.
Can I sell manufactured items? No, all work must be handmade by you.
I don't live in Long Beach, can I participate? Yes. The only requirement is that you are a current member of one of the three sponsoring art groups; Artists
in Partnership, West End Arts Visual Artists Guild, Long Beach Art League .

What if there is inclement weather? We will post on our Facebook page and website in the morning if we cancel our event. We will also email all current vendors. You may also call our AITP Hotline at (516) 476-2473 for updated information.
Where will I be setting up and how much space do I have? Spaces are 10' x 10' and are on a first come first served basis. You must check-in prior with the manager at the Manager's Tent. Some areas are reserved for music, organizations and events.
